Shipping
When will my order ship?
All orders place before 12pm will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. But we will work to dispatch orders within a day in most cases.
How long will shipping take?
Once shipped your order should arrive within the times below:
We offer free shipping to Canada on orders over $150 CAD. We are working on offering free shipping to our US customers we'll send an email to to our list once we've got that set up.

Returns
How can I make a return?
To make a return contact us using the contact form or email us at customerservice@seprosperer.com
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Are returns free?
Returns are currently not free and the shipping cost of returning any item
purchased from Prospérer will be the responsibility of you (the
customer). We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in
transit. We also recommend returning items with a tracking number.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.
